HSA Disco on Friday, 9th DecemberPlease see the information below from the HSA Team regarding the School Disco
On Friday 9th December we will be holding a school disco for all children in the Juniors school hall.
Infants session 4:30pm – 5:45pm
Juniors session 6:15pm - 8pm
Tickets will be on sale from Monday 5th until Thursday 8th in both playgrounds.
No tickets will be available on the door, they must be bought in advance.
There is a maximum number of children we can have in the hall, so please get your tickets early.
The tickets will cost £3 each and will include a drink, packet of crisps and glow sticks. The ticket will be in the form of a wristband, please make sure your child’s name and your contact details are written on them and your child is wearing it before arriving at the door.
Please let the ticket sellers know if your child has any allergies.
We need helpers to help sell tickets.
Without helpers this event will not be able to happen. Please contact us either in person, on Facebook or via email holtsmerehsa@aol.com
Children are to stay at the disco on their own, only parents/guardians who have volunteered to help can stay. However, we will need a parent/guardian to stay with your child if they have epilepsy. If your child is diabetic, please check their levels before the disco.
When you drop your child off at the disco they will need to be signed in, and out when leaving due to emergency procedures in case of a fire.
Please ensure all children are collected promptly at the end of the disco, including year 6 children.
Thank you for your support.
