Pupil Premium
What is it?
The Pupil Premium is extra money provided by the Government for schools to help disadvantaged pupils of all abilities achieve their full potential. The amount of pupil premium funding schools receive is decided by how many disadvantaged pupils they have - schools then receive funding per pupil premium-eligible child.
How it works
Holtsmere End Infant and Nursery School receives additional funding each year for every child who is eligible for Pupil Premium. At present, this is:
-
For most eligible children: £1,455 per year
-
For eligible Nursery children: £335 per year
This funding helps us to provide extra support, enrichment opportunities, and resources to ensure every child reaches their full potential, regardless of background or financial circumstance.

Income Support
-
